Maria Alice Maia is a data scientist post graduated from UC Berkeley (US), collaborator to research in Oxford (England) and FGV (Brazil), and a business leader with over a decade of experience at companies like Ambev, Stone, and Itaú.
Her specialty is decoding human behavior through data. She transforms complex challenges—whether in consumer behavior, organizational culture, or political dynamics—into quantifiable problems, developing systems and models that generate insights and drive results.
Today, she dedicates her energy to investigating the frontier of Artificial Intelligence and guiding leaders and professionals who, like her, believe that the best technology is that which is more just, intelligent, and fundamentally human.
